Services
Conversation first. Everything else is built around it.
Our support starts with regular companionship by phone or video. Practical help with technology, wellbeing check-ins and community connections sit alongside it, with a welfare response when something is wrong.
Our services
Four ways we help
Companionship calls and video calls
A regular, friendly conversation with a Digital Friend matched to your interests, by telephone or video.
Digital support and device setup
Patient, step-by-step help with smartphones, tablets, messaging and video calls.
Wellbeing check-ins and welfare response
Gentle, ongoing check-ins as part of regular contact, and a proper response when something is wrong.
Community and ongoing support
Local groups and activities, signposting to the right services, and updates for family where wanted.
How it fits together
Everyday, ongoing, and when needed
Everyday
Regular companionship by telephone or video call, and practical help with phones, tablets and video calling.
Ongoing
Wellbeing check-ins, careful matching, updates for family where the person would like that, and connections to local groups and services.
When needed
A genuine welfare response when a Digital Friend is worried, or someone tells us they are struggling.
We are not a care or emergency service. We do not provide personal care or round-the-clock monitoring. In an emergency, call 999.
